African countries still trade more with the world than with each other. Better understanding of regional trade opportunities promotes regional value chains and strengthen local economies. Emergo delivers key expertise through a communication and visibility framework contract to support trade initiatives in the COMESA Region, financed under EDF 11. These include projects focusing on trade facilitation, regional value chains in leather and agriculture and bettering conditions for small scale cross border traders. We develop information materials, digital platforms, strategic communications, videos, stakeholder engagement and provide support to events.
